Planning Ahead is Important

Many of us will be faced with the responsibility of making critical decisions on end of life care for a loved one. It’s never easy, but having confidence that you know what they would want done or not done is invaluable. Conversely, knowing that our loved ones know what we want and will honor our wishes is a great comfort.


We invite you to think about having two conversations:

  • One with the person you would be responsible for taking care of and making decisions for as they age 

  • One with the person(s) who will be responsible for making decisions for you when required
